You might remember this sweater from last week, but I changed it a bit. It's a fairly lightweight, loose weave but it had an industrial-strength, heavy zipper on it. I decided the zipper was out of place, so I took it off. I think this sweater looks good as an open-front cardigan, but I'm considering all my options. I could sew in a lightweight zipper. I could have my sister teach me to add button holes to a sweater (and I already know how to sew on buttons :) ). I could add bias tape and hooks & eyes.
For now, I like it this way - way better than with that heavy zipper weighing it down.
