Outfits 7, 8, & 9/59

 

How was your weekend? Saturday I did a 3-hour workout extravaganza with my sister. We went to a fundraising "triathlon" and did Pilates, African dance, and yoga classes. It was really fun! Today my abs are still a little sore, and I feel very motivated to reinstate my daily workout habit. I miss yoga and meditating, so I'll try to add them back in with my (currently sporadic) weight lifting and cardio. So much to do, so little time!

I know I can fit in everything I want to do - if I cut out some of the things that I don't really want. I waste time online, window shopping for things I don't need. I spend too much time looking at facebook and those silly memes. I think I could minimize that time without losing anything. I'm going to work on this idea tomorrow: quit wasting time online and use that time for exercise.
