Outfit 48/61: Jersey Dress & Ankle Boots
Yesterday I tried to go to sleep at 10:00, and I did fall asleep at 10:30, so that's not bad. I really like to stay up until midnight, so it's going to take a while to get used to the earlier bedtime. This morning my alarm went off at 6:00, and I got up at 6:30. Let's see if I can go to bed a little earlier tonight and get up a little earlier tomorrow.
My first step toward making this change has been to try to change my mindset. I'm trying to tell myself that 10:00 is my bedtime, and if I stay up later, I'm up really late. It helped me last night, and I think it will keep working if I keep thinking it.
I was able to start my workout early, but I didn't get it done before the kids got up. One thing is, my daughter wakes up easily if she hears me in the morning. The other thing is, I'm not used to getting right up and being active. I'll have to become more efficient if I want to get done before the kids want breakfast. Hopefully that will come with practice, too.
