I'm still working on developing the habit of going to sleep at 10:00. Last night I stayed up later than that, but the good news is that I felt sleepy at 10:00! I think it's starting to work.
I keep talking about habit development because I think it's really important for creating the lives we want to have. Minimalism is a habit. Shopping is a habit. Being grateful for what we have, slowing down to be in the moment, and taking good care of ourselves are all habits. It takes practice to establish the habits we want, and sometimes vigilance to keep them going. I don't think I would ever lose the habit of brushing my teeth each morning and night, but meditation and meal planning feel like they will never be automatic for me. Those habits need to be guarded or I will lose them.
Dressing with a small wardrobe feels pretty easy for me now, but I don't know that it's an ingrained habit yet. I better keep at it. :)
