Hi guys, I'm still working on getting more sleep. My average this week is only 6 hours and 28 minutes, according to my Fitbit. That's pretty bad compared to my goal of 8 hours. Counterintuitively, I'm going to add the goal of meditating for at least 10 minutes a day. Generally, it's probably better to focus on one change at a time, establish that habit, and only then add a new goal. But meditating helps with so many things, including getting my mind to be quiet and let me fall asleep. I think these two goals might work together well. Okay, so I'm trying to sleep longer than 7 hours per night and meditate for 10 minutes every day.
