Here's my recipe:
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
3 Tsps butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together. Spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes more, until the oats are lightly toasted. Cool completely before transferring to an air-tight container.
